Short Bio: Horner is a maniacal jester. His exact family history is unknown, but is believed to contain blood from nobles of Suncrown lands.

Physical description: Horner is of medium height, thin, and always smiling. He has bright red hair that is carelessly swept back.

Personality:
Horner's personality is either endearing or infuriating to other characters depending on their worldview. He's quite insane, and the way this usually manifests is in his ability to laugh at anything. He takes nothing seriously, and will poke fun at any situation or person if he has an opportunity. He sometimes holds entire conversations with inanimate objects, making them speak using his considerable skill at ventriloquism. He almost always refers to the object as "Hob", and "Hob's" side of the conversation tends to contrast greatly with his demeanor, being very levelheaded and morose. He has a very high opinion of himself and has no problem sharing that with people. Despite all of these quirks, he's still very clever, and can think his way out of most predicaments.
Horner's motivations revolve solely around his own personal amusement. He judges the worth of almost any endeavor based on comedic value and novelty

Character History:
Horner’s history is largely unknown, but there are scattered reports of mischief throughout the last few centuries that have been attributed to him.
He was, however, confirmed by what few survivors there were to have led a band of street urchins out of a doomed Stratholme. He had supposedly been leading the children in several acts of thievery and vandalism previous to Arthas’ attack.
Since that time, he has worked in a much more mercenary capacity for various groups, his most famous work being with the Blacktooth Grin as a hire for Gorfrunch. After the dissolve of the Grin he quickly became bored with solitary work and decided to use his alleged noble heritage as a means to enter Suncrown’s “service”. He believes it will be a new and amusing experience for him.

Relationships with other characters: Horner will endeavor to be as annoying as possible to serious characters and to be entertaining to more fun-loving characters.

Opinion of various horde races:
Orcs: Finds them to be excellent victims of practical jokes, due to their concepts of wounded honor. He likes them for this reason, although most orcs hate him.
Trolls: Finds the Darkspears to be a true pleasure to be around. He is amused endlessly by their accents and exaggerated facial features. They also tend to take life about as serious as him, that being “not very”.
Tauren: One of the easiest races in Azeroth to make fun of.
Forsaken: Is terribly bored by them for the most part. They have no sense of humor, and hardly even respond to his pranks.
