  2. On Plot (This information has changed and will be updated soon) - Ana

Officers

In addition to what's mentioned on the rank page, an officer may be given leadership over a certain aspect of the guild. Here you will find a list of who your officers are and what their scope of responsibility entail with respect to their particular role.

  1. RP Plotsmith Officer - Valinmar
  2. The RP Plotsmith Officer is responsible of overseeing, if not creating, plots, storylines, and lore within Suncrown. With the help of our House Leads, Order Leads, Plot Custodian, and Character Custodian, the RP Plotsmith, the RP Plotsmith Officer will ensure that there is always something to keep RP moving along, including (but not limited to) scheduling RP Events and maintaining various forum threads that server in an informative capacity.

  3. PvE Officer - Kallise
  4. The PVE Officer is responsible for scheduling PVE events within Suncrown. These events are not limited to Raids and Raiding, but also include group-quest days, various dungeon runs, and anything else the PVE Officer can think of. Additionally, the PVE Officer is meant to be used as a resource for all things PVE, working with our Class Leads in order to help everyone understand their class and its PVE utility better.

In regards to Raids and Raiding specifically, the PVE Officer is responsible for arranging players and roles in a manner that will ensure success for the raid. The PVE Officer will communicate with everyone and solutions to any and all problems will be found in a cooperative manner.

  5. PvP Officer - Analeia
  6. The PVP Officer is responsible for scheduling PVP events within Suncrown. These events are not limited to pre-made Battleground events, but also include World PVP raids, and anything else the PVP Officer can think of. Additionally, the PVP Officer is meant to be used as a resource for all things PVP, working with our Class Leads in order to help everyone understand their class and its PVP utility better.

In regards to Arenas, the PVP Officer is not responsible for scheduling, maintaining, or coaching the various Arena teams within Suncrown. Responsibility for an Arena team lies within the team itself.

  7. Special Project Officer - Esere
  8. The Special Projects Officer is mainly responsible for supporting the Guildmaster and the other Officers where necessary. It is expected that the Special Projects Officer will maintain contact with other guilds on The Venture Company server that are friendly with Suncrown. Special events that don’t fall under any other Officer’s realm are also often scheduled by the Special Projects Officer

  9. Officer
  10. As Suncrown grows, the responsibility of any one given Officer’s position will require a bit of assistance. Though they may not be given a specific title, Suncrown’s other Officers are invaluable in their versatility and willingness to jump in and help wherever needed. The sheer amount of general knowledge and input these “unnamed” officers have is a definite boon to Suncrown.
